PAD Risk works with infrastructure owners, operators, capital providers, and partners during confidential discussions, pilots, and platform evaluation. We may process business contact details and asset-related data provided for those purposes.

Where possible, PAD Risk is designed to work with anonymised, pseudonymised, or aggregated asset data. We do not require unnecessary personal data, payment-card data, employee identities, home addresses, or unrelated sensitive information for initial analytical pilots.

Data shared with PAD Risk is used only for the agreed business purpose, such as degradation-risk assessment, asset portfolio analysis, financial-exposure modelling, pilot scoping, or partner evaluation.

PAD Risk does not sell personal data.

Security

PAD Risk treats partner data, asset information, pilot materials, model outputs, and analytical reports as confidential business information.

Our early pilot approach is designed to reduce data exposure by prioritising:

anonymised, pseudonymised, or aggregated asset datasets where practical
minimal data collection
restricted access
confidential partner handling
NDA-based exchange of sensitive technical material
no unnecessary operational-system access for initial pilots
no disruption to maintenance, control, or production systems

As PAD Risk develops, security controls, data-processing agreements, and technical safeguards will evolve in line with partner requirements.

Responsible Data Use

PAD Risk focuses on physical asset degradation risk intelligence, financial exposure, reserve planning, and decision support across asset portfolios.

The platform is not designed to make automatic decisions about individuals or replace expert engineering and business judgement. Analytical outputs should be reviewed in context, especially where asset condition, maintenance history, environmental exposure, and operational constraints require domain interpretation.
